"A hidden, semi-private back room named for one of the co‑founders that delivers an intimate, premium bar experience with a bartender’s table where craft cocktails and New Orleans classics—Vieux Carrés (listed at $20), Sazeracs and Ramos Gin Fizzes—are made to order. Drink selection can be determined theatrically by spinning a wheel or by drawing a spirit/flavor profile from an old cigar-box compass, and soon the room will debut a tableside Café Brûlot service in which cognac and Cointreau are flamed and extinguished with homemade chicory coffee.
