"Housed in a former 1885 firehouse in the West 7th neighborhood of St. Paul, this ambitious 135-seat project (with red roll-up windows and a 40-seat patio that spills into the street) also includes a 5,000-square-foot upstairs event space called Gatherings at Station 10 that nods to the building’s past as St. Paul’s oldest functioning firehouse until 2010. I enjoyed the neighborhood, small-plates focus and the well-rounded American menu — mussels, charcuterie, salads, soups, burgers, and sizable mains like chicken pot pie, branzino, and short ribs — all delivered in a space that clearly honors its history while serving as a lively local destination." - Tierney Plumb
