"An array of banh mi sandwiches and toasted peanut rice milk make their debut in East Nashville today, as East Side Banh Mi opens. The new fast casual restaurant from husband-and-wife duo Gracie Nguyen and Chad Newton offers visitors a choice of seven different Vietnamese banh mi, plus salad, noodle, and rice bowls. East Side Bánh Mì will also serve traditional Vietnamese beverages like toasted peanut rice milk and Vietnamese iced coffee.
