Featuring a moody, black aesthetic, the menu includes Argentinean specialties such as choripán, a vast cocktail list, as well as a ceviche bar, where diners can observe a team member assembling refreshing orders of aguachile with shrimp, or a plate of mussels chalaca-style topped with a medley of corn, tomato, red onion, jalapeño, lemon, and cilantro.
