The turkey with powerfully spicy pepper remoulade is the best-seller, but the Milanese was the best sandwich, period, we had all year — breaded pork cooked with a red wine-honey glaze for a spicy-sweet-meaty combo, with kimchi adding a welcome vinegary note.
