"Nathanial Zimet’s Carrollton Avenue Cajun smokehouse serves smoked meats in ways you wouldn’t see at a typical barbecue joint. Among items like meat pies and wings, the menu includes barbecued brisket and pimiento cheese po’boys on Duong Phong French bread, sliders with mango barbecued pulled pork and chow chow, and smoked chicken salad sandwiches with fried chicken mayo.
