Billie Eilish and Finneas Are Opening a Vegan Italian Restaurant in LA - Eater LA

"Singer Billie Eilish and her producer brother Finneas O’Connell are investing in the forthcoming restaurant Argento in Silver Lake with restaurateur Nic Adler, reports Los Angeles magazine. Previously, Argento was announced in March 2023 and slated for the Moby-owned Little Pine space. Like Little Pine, Argento will serve vegan fare but instead of a seasonal American menu, it’ll specialize in Italian food. Argento will include a chef’s table and an expanded outdoor patio designed by Sarita Jaccard. Scott Winegard, previously with Matthew Kenney’s plant-based restaurant group, will oversee the kitchen.
