"A nearly-completed, mixed-use development in the East Village, Park 12 will bring multiple new restaurants and food-related businesses to the neighborhood; I note it’s scheduled to be completed this fall and sits right across the street from Petco Park. Operated by Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC., the complex comprises one 37-story high-rise and three mid-rise buildings and offers about 45,000 square feet of ground-floor space designed to accommodate 17 retail venues around a public plaza at 10th and Park, with room for five full-fledged restaurants and additional food and beverage options.
