The centerpiece of the operation is an interactive bar where customers can choose from a variety of cheeses and cured meats, including vegan and halal options; accouterments like olives, pickles, herbs, fruits, and nuts; and crackers or bread to build a custom spread; the smallest size starts at $19. Food options beyond the build-your-own grazing platters include sandwiches like a tuna melt and caramelized onion and brisket grilled cheese, and desserts and pastries by Eastside Cheesecake, Baker’s Bench, and the Very Best Cookie.
