"A five-year-old brewery, Une Annee plans to relocate to 6343 W. Gross Point Road in Niles from its current strip-mall facility; the move to a 27,000-square-foot site could open as early as the summer and would include a taproom and restaurant with a small kitchen to prep smoked meats.
