"Une Annee Brewery, currently located in a strip mall behind the iconic Omega Restaurant & Bakery in Niles, plans to relocate to 6343 W. Gross Point Road in Niles. The new space, which could open as early as the summer, will feature a massive brewery with a taproom and a restaurant that includes a small kitchen for prepping smoked meats. The brewery is part of a larger plan to develop the area around the Leaning Tower of Pisa replica and YMCA. Une Annee specializes in Belgians, sours, and wild ales, and the new 27,000 square foot facility will allow them to increase production of barrel-aged beer." - Ashok Selvam
