The hard-shelled tacos and house salsa are still prepared the same way Benjamin Davidson and Benny Vizcarra developed with input from early employee Amado Madera, and the restaurant is now owned by Davidson’s granddaughter Lynne Davidson and her husband, Wirt Morton.
