"The family behind rolled ice cream chain Sweet Charlie’s is turning its attention to bao with a Latin-Asian-American take on the steamed bun; the menu includes buns with crispy chicken, buffalo sauce and blue cheese, a pastrami bun with cabbage slaw, and build-your-own noodle, rice, and salad bowls, with Chef Hugh Moran consulting on the menu.
