"The popular roving taco truck will make its final appearances on Saturday, January 11. Owner Miguel Escobedo announced the final dates on Instagram, writing in part, “…will continue in another time, in another form. But for now we will be halting operations in the trailer.” Along with encouraging customers to support local businesses, Escobedo said he will take time to rest, take care of his mental and physical health, spend time with his kids, “and create time and space to plan the next move.”" - Dianne de Guzman
