"After operating a South Boston factory with an in-space daytime cafe for nearly two years, the ownership closed the daytime restaurant to refocus on cooking classes, events, and R&D while scaling wholesale and market efforts. The team cited a prior temporary pause on dine-in to better handle farmers’ market schedules, growing wholesale accounts, and staff time off. They will still occasionally offer dine-in service and select items, notably their dumplings and the popular Double Awesomes — a breakfast sandwich with eggs, pesto, and cheese folded into a scallion pancake — and plan special events such as a bottomless dumpling buffet for National Dumpling Day on September 26 and a Saturday pop-up series after farmers’ market season." - Erika Adams
