"Planned as a roughly 300-seat, three-in-one restaurant, this Dumbo project will combine the seasonal ABC Kitchen, the Latin-leaning ABC Cocina, and the vegetarian AbcV in a single large space at 55 Water Street (Dock Street). The restaurant is in the design phase with construction set to start this season, and it will mark Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s first Brooklyn location; the combined concept follows the trio’s recent London debut at the Emory Hotel in Knightsbridge and builds on the Flatiron origins of the ABC concepts." - Beth Landman
