Diners will get treated to a three-course meal ($55 per person), with starters like pumpkin bisque or oysters on the half shell with apple and cranberry mignonette, and a choice between wild mushroom tagliatelle with a porcini cream sauce, apple cider-brined pork chops with sweet potato mash, and herb-roasted turkey breast served with jalapeno cornbread stuffing, whipped mashed potatoes, and green beans.
