"This New Orleans–style restaurant was the owners’ original priority after signing a 2013 lease—“We elected to do the restaurant first because we would have [had to rebuild] the bar,” says Christiana-Beniger—and it later became the culinary anchor for the adjacent bar once the owners bought the building in 2023.
