"Crazy Pizza is opening its first U.S. location and 16th overall. The shop is known for its dough-spinning pizzaioli turning out 'yeast-free' pizza for a super-thin pie. Italian Flavio Briatore is behind the restaurant, with locations in Europe and the Middle East. Simone Cavalagli is the chef, steering a menu of burrata salad, bresaola, and a 'crazy salad' of potatoes, pickles, ham, peas, carrots, mayo, and egg.
