"Former sidewalk pop-up Gumbo Boys are back in Downtown LA, and hopefully, they’re here to stay this time. The family-run operation opened its first permanent location about a month ago inside the former Meatzilla building at 646 S. Main Street, after first making its mark on the Downtown scene back in early 2018. The group’s menu now even includes a range of Southern desserts from Elizabeth.
