"Positioned as the affordable middle ground between the brasserie and the fine-dining room, this hushed, muted-space offers an $85 three-course prix fixe with high-end preparations presented with theatrical care: a gorgeous oversized raviolo filled with lobster over an asparagus-lobster emulsion; Dover sole served with lobster sauce and hazelnuts and described with near-ritual solemnity; and grilled quail stuffed with merguez and corn bread accompanied by spring vegetables.
