"Jibaritos y Más is planning to open a new location in Lincoln Park. The restaurant is known for its Puerto Rican-inspired jibarito sandwich, which uses smashed and fried young plantain pieces in place of bread. The new location will feature a bar, contrasting with the BYOB policy at the other locations.
