"VooDoo Steak at the Rio has a prix fixe menu with a choice of Caesar salad or lobster bisque to start, followed by an appetizer of applewood smoked slab bacon and then an intermezzo. For entrées, choose between a 20-ounce. bone-in ribeye or a 10-ounce center cut choice beef filet, both served with whipped potatoes and jumbo asparagus spears.
