"Sunday brunch is an all-you-can-eat affair at celebrity chef Buddy Valastro’s Italian restaurant at the Grand Canal Shops at the Venetian Resort. On Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., the restaurant transforms into a midday buffet with an antipasto station for shrimp cocktail and pickled vegetables and a chef’s table station loaded with frittatas, mushroom and truffle pizza, and bacon.
