"Chicago Fire FC has partnered with Top Chef alum Fabio Viviani to revamp food and beverage at the club’s community soccer facility in North Center (Fire Pitch), launching a new tavern project there. A rep says they’ll offer a menu to please a variety of children and adults with “great bar service, delicious food, healthier options, grab-and-go selections, catering opportunities, and upgrades for both private and public events.” Viviani—who consulted with DineAmic Hospitality on Bar Siena and Siena Tavern—is probably best known as a Top Chef contestant, appearing on Season 5 and on Top Chef: All Stars in 2012, and is an Italian native and avid soccer follower.
