"To celebrate its 125th anniversary, I noticed the Fountain Lounge at The Roosevelt New Orleans is introducing a new whole-week happy hour: Mondays bring the re-introduction of Carl’s Fried Chicken with traditional sides, and Tuesdays through Thursdays from 5:30pm until 7pm feature a DIY cocktail station where guests can make their own cocktails using Tito’s Vodka and accoutrements such as fresh fruits and herbs." - Alison Baitz
