The team here is intense about ingredients that they list, on top of hop varieties, the specific kinds of malt they use. Offerings range from new-wave IPAs to classic sour styles. The brewers paint with a wide brush, tapping barleywine, sour pinkened with foraged prickly pear, and brett-conditioned saison.
