The restaurant will also be handing out “I Love Mom” coloring sheets while moms enjoy brunch, which will feature light items like a quinoa breakfast burrito, vegan hash and the Late Riser (scrambled eggs, quinoa, heirloom bean, avocado, roasted chile, salsa, corn, greek yogurt and queso blanco).
