Conversely, the quality of sweet bread that comes from La Concha Bakery is pretty tough to beat. All its items are made daily, and the sweet smell of sugar and butter lingers in the air. You can’t go wrong with a concha, a sweet bread roll that has a crunchy sugar topping.
