SNF Grill rolls into Las Vegas to feed front-line workers before the Raiders game | Eater Vegas

"I saw NBC Sports bring its SNF Grill, a mobile concession stand, to Las Vegas to thank first responders and front-line workers with free meals and football-related fun. The truck partnered with Silver + Black Hospitality for its fare, which includes a Vegas shrimp cocktail, carne asada torta, a Ninth Island footlong hot dog, and a charred vegetable and toasted farro salad. Each stop is a private, ticketed event: venues send invitations to employees, registration is required, service is limited to roughly 50 fans per hour, and social distancing and masks are required. Earlier this season the SNF Grill provided more than 1,800 meals during stops in Kansas City, Los Angeles, Seattle, New Orleans, and San Francisco." - Susan Stapleton
