"Milos is the king of seafood restaurants on The Strip, especially among discerning tourists and corporate card-wielding executives. Freshly caught seasonal fish—we go for the flaky fagri—is flown in daily and then proudly displayed like art over ice. You can walk up to the fish counter, pick exactly which fish you want, and then have it sliced as sashimi or grilled with a squeeze of lemon. But we recommend ordering it salt-baked for maximum tenderness, and so you can watch the server skillfully debone it tableside. The Greek salad and Milos Special (slices of fried zucchini and eggplant piled high on top of tzatziki and nutty cheese) are a must to start, whether you’re there for the unbeatable $45 prix fixe lunch or a date night dinner.
