Top Chef Season 16, Episodes 4 and 5: ‘Restaurant Wars’ Recap | Eater

"Built around a coastal Southern menu by Nini, David, Kelsey and Justin, this pop-up was undermined by front-of-house chaos: servers frequently delivered the wrong dishes, failed to reset tables, and the maitre d struggled to manage turns and wait times. On the menu, a seafood bisque and broiled oysters failed to impress and a duck course was criticized for under-seasoning, though a panna cotta drew praise while a chocolate dessert fell flat. The combination of service breakdowns and culinary misfires contributed to the team's elimination." - Greg Morabito
