"This Rosslyn food hall from Chicago-based DMK Restaurants opened its doors to the public in late August. Unlike other food halls where diners might wander from stall to stall, Assembly seats customers at tables where they can order food directly to their seats using a QR code. The 625-seat space was designed to appeal to remote workers, with daytime food options ranging from coffee, pastries, and quick lunch bites. In total, Assembly boasts six different food “concepts” ranging from tacos to Asian street food to grain bowls.
