"Sitting at 613 West Sixth Street, the Original Hoffbrau Steakhouse had been operating for 87 years before temporarily closing in February 2020 when the founding Hamby family planned renovations; they intended to reopen at the end of March but the pandemic intervened. The small dining room means they’re waiting to fully reopen until dine-in restrictions are lifted, and the dormant space has been hosting the Hoffbrau & Co. pop-up in the meantime." - Nadia Chaudhury
