"Founded with a flagship on Rainbow Boulevard in 2015 and expanded to Henderson two years later, this counter-service Taiwanese tea and boba specialist is opening a third outpost in the University Gateway development across from UNLV. The menu centers on a long roster of milk and iced teas and cheese lattes (including unusual flavors), which can be upgraded with toppings such as honey boba, egg pudding, fresh taro, cheese cream, and sea salt; highlighted flavor offerings include a Royal Ceylon tiramisu and a smokey oolong. Locations operate daily from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., and the Rainbow Boulevard site also serves customizable Japanese-inspired crepes topped with cream, Nutella, fruit, or almond chips. The new unit will occupy about 1,407 square feet next to a recently opened cookie shop, with an opening date to be announced." - Bradley Martin
