"Opened to the public for Wrigley Field Opening Day, this three-story country-and-Tex-Mex–focused bar from Lucky13 Hospitality Group retools a former tiki space with saddle-themed barstools and wood-paneled walls accented by longhorns, guitars, cowhide, neon lighting, disco balls, antler chandeliers, vintage signs, crates and whiskey barrels. The venue fits more than 1,100 guests across three floors, including a ground-floor patio for about 250, a second-floor private area for up to 300 with a stage and DJ booth, and a rooftop with synthetic turf, brightly hued lounge seating and seven semi-private cabanas (with a planned raised 1940s Dodge-truck feature). The kitchen emphasizes smoked-on-site brisket used as a topping for nachos or as a filling for tacos, burritos and quesadillas, alongside tacos, queso fundido, salads, desserts and an eventual weekend brunch; cocktails include batched margaritas in flavors such as watermelon, coconut-pineapple and avocado, made-to-order drinks like a Bourbon Hurricane, draft and bottled beer, frozen and nonalcoholic options.
