"Bakers Bench, the vegan viennoiserie from pastry chef Jennifer Yee, is expanding to a new storefront in Victor Heights at the Alpine Courtyard development on June 7. The bakery rose to prominence for its vegan takes on classic pastries like croissants, palmiers, and cinnamon knots, plus a rotating selection of cookies, muffins, and seasonal offerings. At the new location, the menu will remain the same as the Chinatown original, with the addition of heartier items like sandwiches and focaccia slices.
