Since its debut in 2019, Win Son Bakery has evolved into one of Brooklyn’s best and busiest breakfast options. Standouts have included the scallion pancake breakfast sandwiches (in varieties like bacon-egg-and-cheese or mortadella) and millet mochi doughnuts, both of which appear on the East Village menu.
