A French cafe begins its journey to Southern Highlands with quiche and galettes | Eater Vegas

"Expanding to the Southern Highlands Corporate Center at the corner of Stonewater Lane and Southern Highlands Parkway—fronting an easy-to-spot man-made lake—Le Cafe Du Sud will undergo an extensive interior makeover that includes constructing walls, installing electrical panels, and adding plumbing equipment and restrooms; Carmen Barbur and David Gazzano are overseeing the project and estimated a September or October debut with the possibility of a future Centennial expansion. The café will operate from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and follow the same Gallic-inspired dine-in and takeout formula as its sister locations, serving pastries, croque monsieur, quiche, croissant jambon, sandwiches and panini, plus a collection of savory galettes, crepes, and salads." - Bradley Martin
