"National nonprofit Cafe Momentum employs young people who have spent time in juvenile detention and offers them restaurant skills and a yearlong paid internship. The cafe, with a permanent location in Downtown, is led by chef Josh Lee in the kitchen. The menu includes Southern fare like deviled eggs, smoked pork belly, fried chicken, and shrimp and grits.
