"Visitors to the Heretic don’t have to be big and gruff leather bears to enjoy this bar. However, if they are, they certainly won’t be alone here. Though the bar feels really edgy, deep down it’s as friendly as a cuddly teddy bear — if that teddy bear were wearing a custom leather harness, of course. Heretic’s clientele is more diverse than the average Atlanta gay bar.
