Estaño, a Basque-Style Wine Bar, Opens in the Marigny - Eater New Orleans

"Estaño is a Spanish Basque Country-themed pixtos bar recently opened by musician Bruce McDaniel and Arabella Casa Di Pasta restaurant owner Mowgli Pierlas. It offers a range of Spanish-inspired dishes including pan con tomate, truffled egg toast, and a variety of pixtos like anchovies, Spanish tortilla, and croquetas. The restaurant also serves high-quality canned seafood imported from Spain and fresh bread. The full menu will be available next week once the liquor license is obtained. It is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with plans to extend evening hours soon." - Stephanie Carter
