"This flashy, swanky Logan Square spot looks like a downtown hot spot but leaves the critic disappointed by execution: steak frites arrives with beef that is mushy and overcooked, pan-seared mahi mahi is also overcooked and drowned in a distracting orange-habanero butter, and a fried chicken sandwich suffers from excessive brining that makes the meat watery with a squeaky texture.
