"Opened at Heathrow Terminal 3 on 13 December, this airport concession translates the brand’s New York–inspired small-plates comfort-food formula into an all-day dining and takeaway operation. It offers breakfast, takeaway and a curated "on board" experience alongside dine-in small plates and cocktails in the same scruffy, cool, urban style as the original Soho site. Signature items include the iconic truffled egg toast, with other offerings reflecting recent trends such as macaroni cheese and a jackfruit burger. The concession was launched under a February 2017 franchise agreement with TRG Concessions that allows the founders to retain creative control; working with architects SODA, the team aims to faithfully recreate the authentic terrestrial experience.
