La Mercerie Is Opening New French Restaurant Marcel in Sotheby’s | Eater NY

"A fine-dining French restaurant planned for the lower level of the Brutalist Breuer building at Sotheby’s new Upper East Side headquarters, it takes its name from architect Marcel Breuer and is slated to open in spring 2026 at 945 Madison Avenue. La Mercerie chef and partner Marie-Aude Rose will run the kitchen, and La Mercerie Patisserie is tucked inside, offering pastries and coffee to-go along with seats for an experience inspired by Parisian and Viennese cafes." - Nadia Chaudhury
