Yet Superfine Playa, located in the Runway complex that also houses a children’s play gym, Cinemark movie theater, and Whole Foods Market, punches far above the weight of its surroundings. On the brunch menu, find hits like bright lemon ricotta pancakes with citrus curd; the Superfine Benny, which uses homemade milk toast and a Parmesan hollandaise; and a “hangover pizza” with smoked mozzarella, egg, and Calabrian chile oil.
