"Maxwells Trading’s menu is a combination of Chinese, Japanese, and even Indian food that produces something unique and satisfying for folks of all tastes. The inspiration comes from Erling Wu-Bower, a chef with Chinese and Cajun roots who worked at Nico Osteria, an Italian seafood restaurant in Gold Coast. He’s joined by Chris Jung (Momotaro) and guests are treated to a spectacular sweet potato with a Massaman-style curry. Then there’s the hybrid scallion pancake naan.
