Hillside Tavern Opens In East Dallas In February | Eater Dallas

"A new neighborhood restaurant from the minds behind Boulevardier, Veritas Wine Room, and Rapscallion, Hillside Tavern is currently under construction and has tentative plans to open by the end of February. Photos posted to the Veritas Wine Room Instagram offer a glimpse of a cozy, vintage vibe with warm woods, plenty of exposed brick, and spacious midcentury modern couches. Co-owner Brooks Anderson says the Tavern will serve “bad ass bar food,” and the beverage program will definitely include a line-up of beers on draft; if their other establishments are any indication, I expect a solid wine list and cocktail menu as well.
