"Planned for the Terrazzo condo building at 700 12th Ave S in the Gulch, this showy global restaurant — STK — bills itself as “not your daddy’s steakhouse,” leaning lounge-heavy in atmosphere and attracting celebrities and professional athletes while offering meat-centric fare. While menus vary by location, the Atlanta STK lists starters like lobster ravioli and tuna tartare, raw-bar options, and salads starring beets and figs; non-steak choices such as rack of lamb and a glazed beef short rib; seafood platters in three sizes; and beef selections ranging from small wagyu flat irons and filets to dry-aged Delmonico and Kansas City cuts and a massive dry-aged porterhouse, with some cities offering designated ladies-night and brunch menus.
