"Dovetail is a chic, indoor-outdoor addition to Logan Circle’s dining scene that quietly debuted with a menu bursting with colorful produce, seafoods, and plump Roseda Farm burgers and steaks. Executive chef James Gee, who previously led the kitchen at Chevy Chase’s I’m Eddie Cano, puts his pasta-making skills to work here. The menu celebrates spring with lots of root vegetables, berries, asparagus, and peas from Appalachian farms, and nods to his Cantonese and Italian heritages.
