"The tiki-leaning counterpart to the holiday pop-up transforms participating venues into a rum-forward, tropical holiday bar with playful decor and seasonal service from early November through December. Upcoming cocktail offerings include a pumpkin-spiced coconut cream built on multiple rums and a rhum agricole featuring cherry liqueur and a caramelized pineapple–garam masala syrup; the tiki program was developed in part by noted tiki bartender Jeff “Beachbum” Berry in 2018.
